1. Program Description

DFW TPUSA Young Professionals ("we," "us," or "our") offers a mobile messaging program to provide updates on upcoming events, meetups, fundraisers, and organizational news. By opting into the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Opt-In

Users can opt-in to the program through a website form or by texting a specific keyword to our designated number. By providing your phone number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive automated promotional and informational text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

​

• Frequency: You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. DFW TPUSA YP does not charge users to receive or send messages to this program.

 

4. How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from DFW TPUSA Young Professionals, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
